This division of august Productions Theatrical Inc. has been established to help your organization create a dynamic training and development curriculum that motivates the participants to be actively engaged in the learning process. We specialize in assisting non-profit organizations, NGO's and ministries in their effort to teach students and train staff through-out the world with an exciting approach that steps outside the boundaries of traditional classroom lessons normally used in schools and training facilities.
The lecture format has its place, but in small doses! Our method of energizing any curriculum by minimizing lectures and incorporating the interactive-theatrical approach is a service we have seen a need for by travelling the world and witnessing the difficulties of cross-cultural teaching/training.
We will tailor your curriculum to meet the needs of your organization. The goal is to revitalize and standardize your current curriculum and/or create a new curriculum from your instructional notes so that your classes are participant interactive, consistent and free of preparation time.
Any instructor will be able to utilize your enhanced curriculum regardless of their teaching experience or expertise in the material to be taught. Your curriculum will allow all instructors to provide the same level of excellence in the material presentation. All your students/trainees will walk away with the knowledge you want imparted. Through this interactive - theatrical approach, your students or trainees will become involved in the actual teaching process by way of scripted and unscripted role play, situational simulation (simulated training on the job), role reversal, sketches (written for you based on curriculum content) and other interactive concepts based on your needs and teaching schedule.
We will infuse the material with teaching options that allow for greater class participation in the learning process.
